I have pay ¥688 for the diamond membership in 2018-3-10. But my account “staweob” still basic membership. So please check it.

The apple app store check my this bill not successfully and withdraw money to me in 2018/3/14, and ask me try it again. 2018/3/16 I try it again to buy a gold membership. The money has paid but it unsuccessfully again!
I think is some problem about the apple store payment. I close a account(username :"obstawe") uncarefully “Chess - Play & Learn” app once and open a new one(username "staweob") in the same app. So please check it and let me get the membership successfully because I need it for my study!"
The apple app store ask me to contact with “Chess - Play & Learn” app. But when I sent the email to “Chess - Play & Learn” app in http://support.chess.com they always looks my mail as spam. So what can I do ?
Please help!
