I might be understanding it wrong, so please let me know if this is the case. But as I see this, this person openly uses the eval bar during a rated game, and shows it in a youtube video. Of course, if you are only using the eval bar and are not a strong player, it won't show much on your level of play that you are cheating, but it increases your win rate. Thoughts?
