I see why. You blunder pieces because you cannot find out the best moves. You should work finding tactics and defending your pieces as well.

I looked at your last three losses.
in one, you put a knight where it could be taken by a pan.
In another, you missed that the opponent could win a piece through a pawn fork. He missed it as well and then you allowed it a second time.
In the third, you put a queen where it could be taken.
in all of these, you only took a few seconds to blunder away the game.
What should you learn from this? STOP PLAYING BLITZ.
It will do you no good to study tactics or openings if you continue to blunder pieces.
