specific study plans based on books for U1500 players

Hello Chess Friends,

can you please provide me with sample study plans meeting the following criteria:

1) for players below 1500

2) based on books

For example, when the subject is king and pawn endgames the plan should refer to specific chapter of a book containing theory and then to exercises from another book.

3) should be tested in practice, that is:

- prepared by a chess coach OR

- resulted in a remarkable growth of chess strength to its author
