When you say disappeared from the board do you mean won your queen, promoted a queen and forced a resignation?

No,the queen literally vanished from the board,i didnt loose it,legally!atrocious!!
if u pressure the mouse and move pieces around (there is no submitt move click as in online)-such as moving a q. off the board and then back to original square,piece will leave game or end up on an unintended square.
It vanished because the pawn ate it

i was playing against gelfand1111 about a minute ago a blitz game we both had about 30sec left on the clock..i was a full queen ahead..then she just dissapeared from the board!i lost 8rating point!!!!!!!whats going on..i dont know if itts gelfand or chess.com..either way..i beg them back.thanks.am angry.
