Spending too much time on the Middlegame

I notice through out my chess carrer (10 years) that I spend too much time in the Middlegame. Lots of time I just don't know what the position is calling for. I have studied strategy and read half of a book called "The Middlegame of Chess" by Reuben Fine. Over half of that book is about tactics and I've been doing plenty of tactics latley. Should I skip the tactic part of the book and go with the middlegame strategy?

The other part of my game that is bad latley, is my endgame but I never have time for good endgame play because I spend 90% of my time on the middlegame. So should my studies be very little tactics for now and maybe 50% of the time Middlegame and the rest on endgame?

I have "My System" but not "Chess Praxis". I should re-read My System and soon or later get Chess Praxis.  Thanks you all for your recomondation and if anyone else has more recomondations for me, please post them.
