Hi Chess.com
I'm new so I thought I'd say hi and introduce myself. I'm pushing 50 and knew the rules of chess most of my life. Played plenty over the decades but honestly chess never really did it for me.
Then recently, out of nowhere, I suddenly became interested in chess. I've always been a, "let's see what happens if I move here" kind of player. As a result I never played well (ie won any games.) So, I started reading about chess, more and more. Then before i knew it i was obsessed. Now I love it.
My goal is to get better.
