Is it posible to join the  chess.com staff?

Anything is possible if you have a dream and work hard at it.  Haven't you read any of the "anyone can be a grandmaster" threads?

EDIT: That was a little snotty and I've decided to try and become a better, more helpful person, so here is the revised version.  I know staff was looking for chess.com TV moderators.  Maybe you could start there and hope to move into a paying position.  I do know that the last "Erik in his shoe closet" show someone asked about employment opportunities and there weren't any, but then that was a month ago, so who knows.  Good luck with your quest.

If you haven't made staff by the time you are 17, you probably won't be able to. Otherwise, with hard work, you can probably become top poster on the forums.

You'd need to be at least 21 years old, this then allows you time to have gained experience in a working environment within the field you want employment in.

We generally advertise to all members on the site via homeage inbox messages or the Newsletter when there are jobs with the Chess.com team
