stalemate scenario

So what would you do if you're in this position. We both got a rook and king left. It's definitely stalemate but my opponents clock is running down. 4 minutes left to my 10 minutes. He offers me a draw but I refuse and carry on. Time runs out and I win on timeout. Not sure if this is ungentlemanly on my part to accept the draw. What would you do in this position?
