Is it stalling in a three day tourney to wait 2+ days for every move? My opponent has a better position so he's not waiting me out but it's frustrating to wait a week to make a three move combo. Thoughts?

I do not think it is stalling. It is a three day game, she or he can take all the time they need. If you do not want to wait for 2+ days, play dailies with shorter time control.
Edit: if the combination is obvious, you can also use conditional moves.

I used to play the tourneys but got increasingly frustrated at the time it takes for someone to move.
In my personal opinion it’s too much like cheating ;) (yes, it is stalling, destroying tempo, allowing players to go and punch things into chess computers to get solutions etc etc) so I no longer take part in any of them.
If there were 10 minute game tourneys it would be excellent!
Just my thoughts. I’m not trying to start an argument!
