At this point it appears the fix is going to remove members that are in a stuck division and place them in a working division on the same tier. Same as leaving and rejoining.
i am in crystal division and it says it for me too

Just left the league @ 30/50 and rejoined immediately, now it says 39/50. Maybe if more people do it we’ll be able to jump start this thing?!
I had to leave and rejoin a couple of times. But now it seems to be working. I am #1 again, so fingers crossed for another 38 minutes.

Leave and rejoin leagues. Once you have done that, you'll be placed in a working division after your first qualifying game.

It’s fixed you just gotta leave the league play a match (bullet blitz rapid) and your league is magically full (disclaimers your trophies will go down to 0)

So this is not very fun. I can't play league games with no league. Yes, I have read it is a "bug" and "they are working on it"... but its been weeks now. Stupid
I think if you rejoin, you can get back your league. but position will be different
Leaving and rejoining put you in a brand new division on the same tier.
