HELLO EVERYONE, MY name is Josh F i love chess and i love the site chess.com very much im a paying customer as well, i have a BIG problem though. I have entered about 5 or 6 tournaments of many different times allowed, i have came in 2nd place once and like 5th another and 9th another. Under the tournaments stats section it says i have entered 0 tournaments! it says 0 down the whole row for every stat!!!! I have followed the recomendation from the tech rep and switched from microsoft edge to chrome browser with no luck. Any one else having similar problem? Does any one know how to fix it, its very important to me! ty in advance fellow chess comrades.
