stockfish can't solve but could alpha zero?
Evaluation of a chess engine is not intended to assess a position as lost/win/draw. Evaluation is a way for the engine to choose its next move in order to win the game.

When stockfish looks at the position it says black is winning. Stockfish is wrong. If we could see Alpha zeros opinion would it say it's drawn?

No, you are wrong. As I wrote just before (but apparently you are functionally illiterate) the score does not mean a side is winning/losing. Read again my post.

Wow, that was unnecessarily harsh, mcris.
this position is drawn but stockfish struggles to find out that it's a draw and evaluates it -20 (winning for black) but would alpha zero see it differently. I'm aware that most people (including me) believe alpha zero won unfairly in it's match and is not as good as stockfish however, i think we can all agree that alpha zero is a competent engine and also thinks differently to all the other engines. I'm not an expert on how it thinks (which is why i'm asking the question) but it self-learns which means could it look at the position and from it's knowledge of chess realise it was drawn or would it (having self learned Material values) just assume black has a won position and evaluate it accordingly.
So would alpha zero evaluate it as a draw or win for black?
