Stockfish Notation question

This is why chess engines are not the final word on chess, and should be used as a learning tool, and not the only thing used to learn chess. This is just like someone say a chess engine says that a position is + .04 pawns, and then asking someone what it means?

Actually, it's the top choice, it evaluates it as +20, next best is -5.
That's why I think it\s strange....

There are different standards for notation. Some of the looser ones give an "!" for a thematic move that exemplifies the correct idea... not even necessarily hard to spot or even the absolute best move. Sort of like telling the reader "hopefully this move was near the top of your candidate moves"
Some give an "!" when a move is the only move to maintain the current evaluation regardless of how obvious it is (except recapture I guess). I guess whoever programmed it picked this.
I like exclaims when the move is not intuitive and very strong at the same time, preferably something flashy like a sacrifice. But this would be hard to put into a program.
