This is a proposal for a new rule to prevent short draws in chess. If Player A offers a draw, Player B has two options. He can accept the draw. The other option is to refuse the draw. In this case, the computer (or the referee with the computer, or the player simply pulls out his mobile phone and uses the computer instead of himself) will play the rest of the game instead of player B. If the result of the game is a tie, Player A will take the point. This should be combined with the rule where draws can be offered only after turn 40.
