30 vs 120 min and Carlsen would even win. For speed chess, 2 min vs 10 min and still Carlsen wins.

I was wondering if a lower level GM (say around 2500), could beat Magnus Carlsen in match given a certain handicap. Let's say the GM had twice the time as Magnus, would he be able to do it then? Or maybe it would require 3 times the time as Magnus. Or is the time factor just not enough? Perhaps Magnus' theoretical knowledge is much more advanced than the level 2500 GM, enabling him to win even with a handicap? I would love to hear some insight on this.
