so I am stuck at 1800 for about a month and wanted to ask: is there a simple way to improve at that level? I also sometimes get outplayed positionally into a losing endgame

++ Analyse your lost games so as to learn from your mistakes

++ Study endgames. It will help you decide what to aim for and what to avoid.
