1-Is it useful for me to study old games from 60s and 70s ...? or it is considered to be tactical outdated?

2- What is the best way to study chess? it may be by analyzing but I still don't know how to correctly study them games and get benefits from it.

1. Yes.

2. Read books, look at positions and note their peculiarities. Then ask yourself what is lacking in the position.
