Hi, I want to ask if I subscribe on ios, will I have membership on the PC?

Yes. Membership carries over cross platform.

Yes but you will only be able to manage the subscription via whatever you bought it on iirc

Memberships are tied to accounts, not devices. But @Alexplayschessiguess is correct, if you buy through the app store, you manage the subscription there and you can't do in place upgrades if you ever wanted to.
