Sudden rating decline

I dropped about 300 rating points in Bullet in a short period of time. I am certain i do not play worth than before. Most of the games i play i am about to win before time runs out. I havn`t had a stroke or anything that could explain that biologically. I do not feel i play worth than before but i loose the great majority of games on time or i blunder since i am down on time again. I havn?t experienced timetroubel in that shape or form before. Am i getting old or what is happening here? And by the way yes a i am getting older but not that fast i guess.
