Losing by a blunder: I hate it Yell

Losing because you're opponent is to strong is not bad. Sometimes I play against players with a higher rating and then I lose always but I do it because I always learn from those games.

(B) Losing due to blunders, (A) drawing due to blunders, then (not-listed) winning due to blunders. Gross blunders mar interesting games.

This weekend in one game I achieved an extra tempo in the opening, used it to dominate an open file and penetrate--and then my opponent hung a piece. Argh!!

For me, it's one that is not on the list.

Loose a completely won game because of time.

A, timeout after a good combination, beating the opponent, but then you miss a move which loses.

Wouldn't most frustrating be when they trick you into a stalemate?

when you are in a winning position like up three queens or something then lose  due to a BLUNDER.

For me #1 has to be A: Forced draw via blunder.

A loss is a loss. If I play badly, then I should lose; I can live with that. But coasting with a winning position and finishing with just a draw, especially against a high rated player and/or a rival . . . that has left a bad taste in my mouth a couple of times.

Getting creamed by your rival (choice E) kind of sucks, but that's just a sign that he or she is improving and you need to as well.

C and D (losing or drawing because of brilliant play) by an opponent is always fun to watch, so I hardly find it frustrating at all.

Most frustrating:

1. A

At a distant 2. B, C, D, and E

Blunder, most definitely, usually because of moving too fast. Happens to me all the timeCry

B. Losing because of a blunder. I was playing a ladder tournament game, and first I missed a mate in two, then a few moves later I blundered away my queen because I wasn't paying attention to where I released the mouse button...

Being up three queens is a blunder in of itself!  At that point, you're just asking to stalemate your opponent.

i think B is the worst. but much worse than that is to lose a game with a blunder, having a winning position. instead of going slowly for the win, u try to press hard the opponent, and all of a sudden u end up losing. arrrrrgggggggggg!!!!!! that's the worst.
