Swarms of bots and cheaters that play some bad moves in the opening and then turn into 3000 elo

For the millionth time I play someone who hangs a piece or two in the opener and then turns into a god. They play like a move every 4 seconds like clockwork. I report them, I see they play like 100 games in a day and I never ever see them get banned. Clearly there are bots smart enough to get past cheat detection. And I feel like there are 100 easy solutions but they would all cost chess.com a tiny tiny fraction of an atom of money so they will never implement them. Anyway can I get someone from chess.com to honk their clown nose for me. I'll be at lichess

Hmm, your blitz rating went up by more than 200 points in the last two weeks before dropping a little today.

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount.
