I have come up with a nice tactical method to force Checkmate. I call it the Octopus. This is for end-game. Use a queen, or a pawn promoted to a queen. Instructions below.

Chess Octopus Part 1: Preparation. Step 0.5: Prepare a group of 2-4 pawns ready to promote on the next move. Step 1: Unleash the Queen. Check the King with her of possible. If not, Step 1.5: If you did not check the king, do so in the next move with the same queen you used. Step 2: Once he moves, promote the appropriate prepared pawn to appropriate piece and give check.

Chess Octopus Part 3: Let's Finish This!! Step 5: Repeat process using only already promoted pieces to repeatedly check and eventually checkmate.

Naming: It is called the Octopus because Queens move in 8 directions, and we unleash the full potential of the Queen in this tactical method. It is a bit tricky to perform, but why not try it on a friend like I did for testing?

I've tested it and I guarantee it works.
