Tactics rating and rating in generall

When do i know If my rating is more or less accurate? For example, i enjoy rapid games the most and I have a rating of 1661 and a glicko rd of 43. 74 games. Is this a accurate rating for me? And how do i know when the rating is reliable? 

And what about the tactics, if i unlock the premium features and play a lot, Will the score be reliable?

Reliable for what?

tactics rating just defines the level of tactics more or less from what ive noticed...no indication of otb rating...there is no way to reliably estimate your otb rating from an online rating but from what ive seen the closest estimate is blitz ratings on here...to know your true otb rating start playing in rated otb tournaments...its much more fun and tiring than online play
