yes , massively.
aim for no more than 1 minute absolute max otherwise you'll lose points even for a correct answer at 1300+ rated puzzles.
cant see the solution at all or at least no more than 2 viable moves in the first 35- 40 seconds ?
then hit the webpage refresh button without making any moves to go to the next puzzle with a reset clock and no points deducted ......... ;-)

A good learner does not ask how to improve one's tactics rating, but how to improve one's tactics.
Every time I solve a problem they will decrease my rating by some points and if I fail to solve they will decrease my points all the same.My question is how to raise my tactics trainer rating.Love..
