Tactics Trainer "equilibrium"

As someone who is not a member, I am obviously only allowed 3 tactics trainer puzzles a day.  Often, I will either get 3 correct in a day or 3 wrong in a dayl which has a significant impact on my tactics trainer rating.  My question is:  What is your highest rating, and if a "equilibrium" of sorts occurs to you, meaning that you go from around x to y in a given week or so, by how many points does your rating change.  For me, my highest is 1750-ish and I often change by as much as 250 points in a given week.  Just to go back up again :P

It's usual to change greatly on the tactics trainer. I don't even care about the ratings anymore, I just use it to warm up.
