Tactics trainer is buggy

When i solve a tactic successfully 1/3 of the time it tells me i solved with a hint when i didn't. How can I stop that? Thanks for the replies.

If you are on the app, it might be possible you accidentally hit the hint button. I have had that happen in the past when things were lagging on my device a little (the next button was in the same location as the hint and a double tap would activate the latter).
