I may not have seen an increase in my TT rating but I've noticed that I see tactics faster in my games. Maybe because I see nearly the same tactics in TT over and over and I only get 8+ for 100% solved tactic now.
I know most of the basic pattern now such as bodens mate now.
at the time I studied chess 24 /7 and was in a club my TT rating was +200.
