What should I do to take my tactics to the next level?
1- you should understand that every player is a special case
2- it improves you more in the field of tactics to face sombody while calculating ,than to calculate without facing somebody, that's generaly ,don't forget about being a special case
3-you are supposed to form a point of view in what you calculate and in how you calculate without going too far doing this ofcourse
this is my opinion and ofcourse it's not all
stop reseting it all the time is the best way
Nothing improves your tactical vision like playing slow OTB games and then going over them carefully, looking for opportunities. Or you could do what they do these days and just shove the game into an engine. That will tell you what you missed, but you won't see it the next time it may arise, since you didn't find it by looking and thinking. Playing is interactive and more likely to form memories in your brain goo.
Hey, I was wondering, my chess tactics rating is around 1600-1700 on chess.com and I am failing to improving my tactical vision. What should I do to take my tactics to the next level because I am struggling and even though I improved my positional chess, tactics have been a struggle.
