Try playing solitaire chess using the training mode of winboard.

tactics are the flash cards of math.

Start with learning tactics based on themes. Work through all the basics until they are instantly recognizeable. (2x2=? did you think or just KNOW)

pins, forks , etc... chess tactics for beginners is a great set of material since its organized based on theme and piece.  do them over and over and over. 15-20 min a day is fine.

Calculation is based on the above and seeing an idea then following up with moves to reach that idea. this takes experience and its a talent too.

work on not moving pieces around, look at a lot of games as frank said and play solitare chess, whats the next move and dont move pieces!! in your own games take time to THINK even if the move is obvious.

TonyH : thks for the learning tactics based on themes idea. And.... is calculation skill the ability to look up for several moves?? like 5,6 moves away.....

And...what is solitaire chess...?? and what means using the training mode of winboard...??

I think alot in chess, what are the next 3,4 moves,i usually put into my mind, and try to calculate more moves, like TonyH said  whats the next move and dont move pieces, yeah i love to do that, but i dont know this can improve my game or not.....so im asking here.....:P

Winboard is a free application that you can download from the downloads section of this website. It enables you to read PGN chess files. At the top of Winboard there are menu items one of which is "Mode."  After you load your game you can click Mode and a drop down menu will appear. Click "Training" at this point. This enables you to guess the moves in the game by moving the pieces on Winboard. This is an easy way to play solitaire chess. In the downloads section of this website there is a collection of Paul Morphy games that will work in Winboard. Paul Morphy was a great chessplayer whose games are relevant today because they are rich in tactics, sacrifices and combinations. Chess theory has changed over the years since the time of Morphy but if you play in Morphy's style--which was mostly tactical--you would be able to greatly improve your rating.
