It's just that over the past few days I have been losing so many games. Btw Im about 1050 blitz 1200 rapid.
tbh wanna quit chess altogether

Chin up, we all lose sometimes. It can be very bad because a single mistake can mean the difference between victory and defeat.
It is true that speed chess is not good for improvement.

Bro, are you tryna be one of the chess elitists? Just chill out, okay? I play for fun, but it's not fun cuz I'm not getting better. So I come here for someone to give me some help, but instead I'm met with someone who perfectly embodies chess elitism. This is why people don't learn the beauty of the game, cuz some of the community sucks.

It is not about elitism... The fact is this, if you play blitz you do not have the time to think about the position, not truly... You play on instinct and the instinct of us weaker players... well... it is severely lacking to say the least.
Longer time controls are the basis for everything. By playing longer time controls you will get better at chess (if you study it along with it), and you will even get better at speed chess because you will see some things faster as you get better at it. By playing speed chess, you will not learn optimally, it will be much harder if not impossible to improve.
Even players at master level admit that speed chess can hurt their game if played for too long. You might play it once in a long while, but if you want to improve, then your focus should be 1 hour per side, or 30 minutes per side. You might get away with 15|10, but you will make more mistakes even then.
If you are ok with maybe not improving or slightly improving then it is a viable option to play blitz, but it seems to me that you would like to get better.

I just suck at it, and I'm not getting better. Makes me just think of how dumb I am.
10 months of speed chess, and you cant figure out why you're not improving?

I just want to say thank you to nkliristic for being chill and one of the good people in the community.

You are welcome. If you feel like reading, I could show you what I did to improve my game to where it is now.

I think you should play against Martin, one of the computers. He's good for people who are beginners, or always losing (Me being both of them). It could help you get your head back in the game!
I have been there, what I recommend is that tonight about half hour before you go to bed get some tea and play a 30 minute game of chess. Think about your moves for about 1 minute, and just relax. That is how chess was supposed to be played.

I'll give that a try

I can beat Nelson 9/10 times

As for plateau, I believe that many people use that word and I don't believe that someone's plateau is really 1 200 or something. I think that those people either do not have the time to study chess at length or doesn't know how and just think that they have hit their ceiling. I am positive that you can get much better if you really try to improve and that you might surprise yourself at what you're truly capable of.

I think a lot of new players struggle with that... but one of the most important lessons in chess is that it has nothing to do with intelligence. It's a skill like anything else. Players who are consistently better than you have been studying more and playing longer.
In Nakamura's first tournament he lost every single game. We all started at the bottom. If you enjoy chess keep playing, and try to learn a little thing here or there, and over the years you'll get better.
If you want to get better even faster, then you can study books and play long games alongside enjoying blitz.
Im the exact opposite i guess. My first tournament i was so nervous i threw up before the first round. But ended up finishing in the money. I lost all my tournament games in the last tournament i played in a year ago.
