ten minute games.

I like to play 30, 20, 15 and even 10 minute games, but lately in the chat, when playing a 10 minute game, people start to say in the chat, time, move fast, move faster.
My reaction is mostly, wanna play real fast, there are blitz games for.
But maybe it is me and a thinking time of 3 minutes in a ten minute game can be annoying for the other player, but i think personal that i have all the right to take my time to think about my plan how to defend or attack my opponent.
Most of the time i just say, when i run out of time, then you will win, so no problem there.
I just looking for a way to avoid that people get to annoyed when i take some time to think, but i also think i can use my ten minutes like the way i wanna use them.

Maybe some ideas or suggestions for it ?

I like it too, but can you this post to our club "The Netherlands? Maybe they cancel the daily chess tournaments." With clock it is a thousand times preferable to me, because people like to warp themselves again and again during a game and only come back in a few hours and then, for example, only pull in the evening.

Yea, no, nothing wrong with you. Time management is a part of the game, it's up to you how you spend your allotted time.

Just the other day, I've had a player post a sleeping emoji at me one time. I guess he was bored. I am petty, so after taking my precious time and thus winning the game, I sent him one right back. He was correct, it was an uninteresting game... He never stood a chance.

As long as you are not intentionally stalling (as happened to me yesterday with another person, who first accused me of cheating - really, with my awful moves? - and couldn't accept his defeat, so he left the game standing for 7 minutes straight till the end), and you're actually playing the game, don't care about the others' reactions.

In fact, I'd say it's extremely rude of your opponents to post such things, because it can force you to rush a move and blunder needlesly. I certainly feel it can have an effect on me.

Greetings to all, but it also happens that the relog moves and time passes and in the end nobody plays, I think it is a bug on the platform or users abandon the game but time keeps passing and one is waiting happy.png I ask for tables to see if They continue in the game I request the chat and nothing happens and the time ends, it is too long to wait like this

I agree. Use your time as you wish. If they want to play faster, they should choose Bliz or Bullet. Not your problem

Disable chat, and problem is solved.

You've got the RTF - Right To Fast.

You should spent as much time as you want, as long as you dont lose on time grin.png

Its rude from your opponent to do that. He has his time, and you have yours, use it the best you can. Im glad when my opponent takes some time for his move because it shows he is putting some effort to make the game better and his move wont be an easy win for me. It also allows me some time to think without losing my own time because at the end of the day clock is a piece as well. If he keeps bothering, like the others said there is always an option to turn off the chat.
