Terrible servers are embarrassing for biggest site.

Can we all agree that chesscom servers are terrible? It happens all the time lately. Few games in a day are declared either a loss or a win without even ending it due to servers crashes. I think their excuse is ridiculous, there is no way there is that much people online that server crash just like that. If that's a case, it's pretty embarrassing for a biggest chess site that they didn't find a way to improve this. There are games and sites that are 10x more popular and I'm sure they don't crash this often. So a guy who owns this app better look to improve serves than just trying to be funny with cringe jokes and putting his personality into everything related to site.

The site has been experiencing very high loads over the past few weeks and staff are working on optimizations and capacity increases to alleviate issues.
