Not familiar with the book, but I find one board generally insufficient to follow along with a book. I need one for the main line, and then another to follow sidelines. I like the 12" magnetic folders for this, although mine are doweled, glued, and duct taped permanently open so I can move them around. Ebay/Amazon around $20. For a particularly difficult to follow book I've been know to use three boards, but I'm not real proud of having to do so. Probably not what you were asking at all...
The Chess Terrorist

Hi everyone! Recently I picked up The Chess Terrorist by Leonid Shamkovich from the library and I'm having a hard time reading it. It's a book packed with essential games and I'm trying to play them on a chess board to figure them out. The problem is when the author explains his ideas it's hard to follow along. My question is what is the best way to learn from a book like this?
