The real players on this game are bots
If you suspect anyone of using disallowed resources, you should report them.

Players at specific levels tend to learn (and play) the same things. When you get a little higher, you'll reach a point where everyone is playing the London. Higher than that, you'll reach a point where everyone is playing the King's Indian Defense ...
When I was in chess club many years ago, nearly single game was a King's Gambit game. King's Gambit, King's Gambit, King's Gambit ...
I played 1.Nf3 one day and they looked at me as if I were insane.
"The real players are fake"
"Each and every of my last 50 games had the same style in over 20 games"
"I've lost all the games that I've won!"
"I always get black, even when I get white." ![]()

I realize the flag is not UK or US, but...
Anyway, you guys gave good answers so that's nice.
Seems you play a lot of blitz, maybe in quicker time controls at your level there is a common trend in openings ..... Too quick for me anyways 😬😁
Why bother running thousands of bots though? Like why would they do that? Also, you don't notice something distinctly human about how they play? Bots and humans play very differently.
Yes, seems very suspicious. You’d think the fake ones would be real, not the other way around. Very suspicious indeed.
You catched them, bro. Nontheless, I like that Chess.com has thousands of bots at the place of real players. This is a uniqe and only way for me to gain some points) But I defenetly will never bye a subscription

You need an army of chess playing robots to get you to 346? How does that make any sense?

I'm not saying that all players are bots (you aren’t one of them, I suppose. Nor am I. At least, I wasn’t a robot this morning). But it's hard to deny that some robots do take the place of real players. For example, more than once, after a long streak of poor games against real opponents, I suddenly played a batch of matches against accounts with names like charles00477 or raja1111. Their tactics were awful, and I managed to gain some points. I guess Chess.com did that to keep me from realizing how useless I really am — and for that, I’m truly grateful)))
Why would a site that bans one hundred thousand accounts monthly, yes 100, 000. Need bots makes no sense, there is more than enough human players without the need for bots, unless some bots are put into the human pool of players to learn and get better possibly

The site doesn't use bots in the player pools

It isn't hard at all. I deny it completely. It would be ridiculously complex, requiring enormous resources to maintain, involving far too many staff members to have kept such a scandalous secret from leaking out all this time.

Well, duh, doofus. Your rating was 346 last I checked and you get matched mostly with other players at that level. Awful players have awful tactics. And how can a 346 tell the difference in the first place. You're expert enough to analyze games and tell what's normal or good play from bad? How does that add up at all?

By the way, please don't use AI generated text, or at least put it in quotes. It's irritating. Use your own voice, native English speaker or not. We don't need you to sound polished.

Also senseless (completely unnecessary) would be for bots to secretly play humans for training purposes. LOL. This whole thread is psycho-level paranoid nonsense.
