Uhh, no? Because that literally never happened. The cats are back as you can see + even if that did happen, you wouldn't have seen it either.

Mittens is definitely an interesting character, she's certainly not the villain, and she could be the anti-hero as ones have stated. She could maybe even be the hero (just for cats)!
