The Reviewing system is flawed

I was upset of losing ELO without noticing, because I refuse to play against a neighbour country that is intimidating the world right now. Then realized I was losing ELO. Decided to bring my ELO to 100. Then cooled down, started to play again and noticed that the Review system is flawed.
You make a good point! Sometimes the review system misses key ideas or gives strange evaluations. It’s helpful, but definitely not perfect. A human perspective still adds value. Hopefully they improve it with time—chess learning tools are powerful when accurate. Academized helped me with their buy persuasive essay service when I couldn’t come up with a strong argument. They gave me an essay that was engaging and persuasive. If you need a persuasive essay written, head to https://academized.com/buy-persuasive-essay. I wanted to inform other players to not pay too much attention to the ELO evaluation. Evaluation our mistakes, yes, 100%, every game almost, but to not pay any mind about how the game evaluates the ELOs, it's based on your current ELO. Right now back to 850 ELO and my games give me ELO ratings of 1550 sometimes, when it was 1150 at around 400 ELO. I use the same openings each game, to make sure the comparison is legit.

Just abort games all the time, then your ELO drops.
That is cheating (called sandbagging).
Also, it's painful to watch you write "ELO" again and again. Don't write it in all caps, it's not an acronym. It's named after the inventor.

And yes, you are right: the "rating estimate" of Game review doesn't make any sense. A generous person would call it an experimental feature. A less generous person would call it worthless trash.

That's called sandbagging bro
Lately, I was getting very upset of being paired with players that I had to play like a 1500 ELO player to beat players at my ELO, around 900 in Blitz and 1200 in Rapid. I thought the game was sending me players that were way stronger than their ELO suggested. Maybe players raising too quickly because they started a speed run, etc...
Games that the Review system put be below 1500 I would lose, and often I would need to play like a 1800 or 1900 ELO to beat someone playing like a 1600-1700 ELO.
But that Review system is bogus. Just geared toward giving us false hope, suggesting we play much higher than our ELO when it's not the case. And I proved that theory by bringing down my ELO to 100 and doing a speed run myself.
For the test to be productive, I decided to play the same two openings I use normally. Mieses for White and Pirc for Black, as they are the same first few moves and these openings don't care much what the other player plays. Playing against weaker ELO I was expecting crazy games, so these defensive openings are useful.
When I was between ELO 100 and 200 in Rapid, the same accuracy % gave me ELO ratings of maximum 1000. Between 200 and 300, it went to 1100. Between 300 and 400, it went to a maximum of 1300. Etc... So, the game purposely boosts your ELO evaluation depending on your current ELO.
I was getting upset for nothing, I was not playing like a 1800 or 1900 ELO. The game was falsely reviewing me as such. I believe this false hope is detrimental to the players. If I play like a 1200, don't tell me I play like a 1900. When I review my games, I want to know how I play. It was upsetting to see that I had to play like a 1900 to beat my 1200 ELO opponents. But they were also boosted.
When someone is doing a speed run on their main account, it's not fair for players with their real ELOs. We should raise much quicker if we had a higher ELO, to get back to play against our normal opponents.
