I think it is really possible, opening multiple gadgets or opening tabs and leaving one puzzle and keep on playing the puzzle rush, as it seems puzzle rush is also included in the count of puzzles and in time....

If you have several puzzles open in different tabs, wouldn't that quickly aggregate the time spent?
