This is a poor website

i have years experience. the reason this forum is more active than any other on the web pretty much is because more than half of the people posting are employed by the website
Yessir, I'm being paid by staff to follow the ToS everyone agreed to when signing up! I'll be able to retire happily in my mid-30's at this rate, assuming I continue to actually follow rules...
The good trolls/spam left, then the bad trolls/spam left. Not much left here now in the way of trolls/spam.
Yes, Erik is an evil puppetmaster and everyone comes to the forums to have their strings tugged. No doubt about it.
" like the royal spam society perhaps, it hard to say". I'm wondering if the Royal Spam Society has infultrated the mods?

All right, I'm getting dizzy
All good trolls go stand to the left. All bad trolls go stand to the right. Sockpuppets to the front of the room. Those who want to play chess, stay in the middle of the room.
there are plenty of people who have been here long enough to know whats up i think
What's the purpose of having fake people in the forums? Most people on the site don't even read anything in the forums.
I think the fact that live chess has between 10-20k players makes it popular. Articles, videos, and other resources make it popular... but the forums? No point.
The site wouldn't be so poor if more people would have paid memberships.
I see what you did there.
The thread is lighting up

What a poor website.
When I try to move my pieces they drift into en pris positions. Or they simply will not move. And I get ads that appear in the middle of a game.
If I could close this website down I would do so straigt away. It goes against all the priciples of fair play.
