just tilted down like 40 elo, does anyone have any good tips for preventing tilt?

Losing 40 is not a tilt. Continue playing and lose another 100. Maybe then you can call it a tilt.

If you start a losing streak just put down the game for a bit and do something else. Besides 40 elo is not that much to lose, ive seen people lose 300+ at once so dw about it. You will climb back up soon
