Tilt

I feel like everyone is cheating against me. I know it's not true but I feel miserable.

Don’t worry, this happens all the time

I know that too. But I find it hard to deal with it. It's affecting my mood in other aspects of life. I was once on 1800 rapid and was absolutely positive at home and work.

Thats what's keeping you down. Your own behaviour. Change your work, Change your behaviour.
PS: IF you like to share anything dm me. as in some burden over heart, some anger. I would love to hear.

This is good advice. The only good advice in case of a tilt.

Or be like 2000s and grind anyways it's not very healthy tho

Avatar of rohan_asif

lol I'm not gonna grind ... Gonna take a break and be back at playing slow and simple.

I looked at your last three losses. I don’t see any signs of cheating. You are playing too fast and making fairly basic errors.

suggestions:

Play slower time controls.

Do not exchange pieces needlessly.

Pay more attention to your pawn structure. If you allow doubled and isolated pawns for no reason, these will be easy for your opponent to win later in the game.

Pay more attention to your opponent’s threats. A 1400 player shouldn’t be losing material to 1-movers.

Follow basic opening principles. In one game, you played f3, weakening your king position.
