Tilted? How do you manage multiple losing streak?

What do you do when you are in a TILT period?

Lately I'm playing such badly I'm depressing out about this, whenewer I try to play longer games I can't focus because work calls, emails, parents calling me out etc so I only play bullet but then I tilt because most of the time I lose for time out, The only format in which I can focus with calm is daily, where I'm doing quite well while playing with no stress about the time, but other than this I would love to play live games also, Do you think I should stop playing live for some days to cool down the anger? Or is it better to persevere even if I'm not focused and play in a bad way? What do you usually do in these cases where all games seems bad?

Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first.

There are 3 solutions. 1 is to just take a break from games and from work, 2 is to take a certain time out of your day to focus and win for more motivation, 3 is to try a different chess platform like lichess for a little while to gain focus or grab a friend and play a chess game in real life

I already answered you when you accused me in game chat,
first of all having 3 days to think per move or having 2 minutes bullet game is ALL different story, my problem with live chess is that I'm constantly interrupted by work calls or familiars and can't focus or play in long games, so I must stay on bullet/blitz format where I sucks for time control problems and external problems already mentioned, even if in free time I study hard on books and chessable courses,

(I also mentioned like a good amount of my daily wins are by timeout and by playing opponents with clearly lower elo than me, and I'm seeing how I'm struggling much more in a second phase of a tournament with stronger opponents, I play for personal improvement and fun, I don't see the point in cheating and I would not be so mad in playing bad if I only wanted to win cheating)

If you want to believe me, good, otherwise I already told you that if you have problems with my daily rating you can contact chesscom assistance and report me for a check, I'm already annoyed in receiving your false accusations.

O yes million excuses 😀😀😀bullet rating around 700 blitz bellow 1000 but daily games not even 1 blunder after you played so many games already. You can tell another 1000 excuses and still not tell the truth

Go to the library and check out some chess books. Do it, I’m serious. It helps

if i start a really bad losing streak on lichess it means my blood sugar is out of control (i tend to play terrible after a big meal), or im really sleep deprived. You just have to fight the urge to play again to regain lost rating point ground.

if your tilt is in longer time controls, you must check your environment and routine to spot what has changed

If you pay attention, you can tell when your play is starting to slip. Usually I only play 1 or 2 games after that point, and then I quit.

I don't do this to avoid tilt, but I avoid tilt as a consequence.
