Focus on playing well rather than hitting a specific number.
Tilting

I always here "Stope playing" and "Take a break". As someone who have been on tilts, that's much easier said than done. If you could just stop playing, then I don't think tilts would happen. I've had times when I've stopped playing and came back to just more tilting.
I'm speaking from my own experience so this might not apply to everyone (or not apply to anyone else at all) but what brings be out of a tilt is remembering how it feels to win, and getting your confidence back up again.
There's two ways of doing this. The easiest way is to just play Martin, the bot. Just use him as a sandbag, and win several games. I know these won't be quality wins, but we're going for quantity not quality here. Just embrace the wins and soon you'll feel ready to bring that winning streak in to the actual games.
The other way is just let the tilt run its course. Go on a -200 or more ELO free fall until you inevitably start winning again (just don't sandbag). The key here is to just assume you've been hitting above the belt all this time and is now at a comfortable rating. It's surprising how well you start playing once you reach this point and regain the ELO you have lost.
I'm actually in the middle of one of my biggest tilts as we speak, so everyone's welcome to watch me climb out of it
Do you know any Tricks on how to stop tilting when you have a win streak?
