For example ... I won the opponent without the queen by time but in the end is considered insuficiene material. Ridiculous! !

All the time in the world wouldn't make a difference if you don't have enough material to mate your opponet. So in this case it's a draw. You can't win becasue you just simply cant check mate and your opponet can't win becasue he/she is out of time = draw.
