In a recent game (http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=904428906) my clock began to malfunction as the time of both players was around 10-15 seconds left.
My opponent reached 0:00 twice, leading me to believe I had won, but in fact it was my time that was running out - it jumped from 7 seconds to 0:00.
What's happening here? I have been robbed of the chance to win on time..
