Hi,i wanted to join a tournament and was advised that my time-out ratio was higher than 10%.I never took a time-out in my life and how could i correct this? Thanks

Timeouts here are losing games on time, not "taking a timeout" like in sports (such is called using vacation time here, which is useful to use to avoid running out of time in your games if you know you won't be able to log in and make your moves in time).

In the last 90 days, you have let 18% of your "Online Chess" games run out of time.  There are two ways to lower this value:

1.) Wait 90 days without losing any more games on time.  (slower, but easier to accomplish)

2.) Finish more games on average per day than you did 90 days ago.  If you finish them slower, then your timeout percentage will actually go up as more games will fall out of the 90-day window than are added.
