time problem

I lost a few games cause the time clock didn't work. After a move the clock of the opponent started to counting down. The problem is that sometimes the move is on my screen but not worked out. When I click refresh i see that it's still my turn and my time is counting down .... My last move isn't on the screen.
Anyone know what I can do to solve the problem?
