Winning is the most important thing in  a game.Though loses are inevitable.Regardless of how much time you have on the clock, whether it is small or alot. The main thing is to have a positional advantage, thats the most important in my opinion which can turn out better than an opponent who has alot of time and a lost position.

That's an idea. When you play chess against time, there i think you have a lot to say what a game is all about with time running under pressure.

I think losing on time is fine in blitz games as long as your play is sound the speed will eventually come.
