Well, you can't make it go away, what you can do is finish more games without timing out, and it will go down. And for you, having so few games, it will go down quickly.

I realize that this is not exactly the answer you re looking for, but I have a thought that might help for the future.  Whenever I start a game I always set it up for 5 days to make a move.  I have been a member since July 2007 and have never used vacation days.  When I accept challenges or open invites I never accept for anything less than 3 days per move.  I find that some opponents realize that they are in a difficult bind on a game I am playing and they quickly go to vacation time instead of using that 5 days to figure out the move.  Also it may help if you have a lot of games going like some do, 30 or 40 games, to scale down to a more manageable amount.  Possibly 5 or 6 games.  I even find out that my opponents sometimes use their vacation time, and never return and lose the game because their vacation ran out.

Your ratio will be <= 10% after playing five more games. That's important because most tournaments require it to be 10% or lower to participate.
