Timer Seems tp be a problem now

I just went from a steady 18-1900 blitz player and now I am a steady 1600 over the past week or so. I think something is screwed up with the timing system. I can only make 30-40 moves in a minute now compared to 60 plus last week. Something changed on the software and whatever it is it's making my chess.com experience not so pleasurable anymore. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I know it's not lag on my end, i have checked and I am on a t1 connection. What gives?
